This week we were able to string up all the shoulder mounts we have gotten in this year so far. It's been a great year and we are seeing a lot of very nice bucks come into the shop! Post your photos below in the comments of your harvests this year so far ⬇️

In the middle of a big tine repair job on a elk, 33" of tine was broken off by a big bull we mounted. Now to get them attached and stained and he will be ready to go home! It took 18 coats of casting to get a mold thick enough to peel and pour. Look at the fine details in the lumps, and grooves.

The full body Ibex mount left a month of so back. This guy was a job! 3 days worth of alterations and changes to make him fit. He sure did turn out nice!

This giant bull Kuda left the shop today. We have left to mount a giant Sable bull, Impala, Eland, and Nyala from this safari bow hunt!

Not something you see everyday in east Texas, a free range Fallow buck. This buck escaped his Orginal high fence in Pennington and traveled quite a ways to somehow get into another high fenced area and ended up landing his spot on the wall. This fallow was on quite a few of our customers cell cameras/game cameras prior. He is now headed to Memphis, TN!

Few deer left out for the a road trip to TN, KY, NC, SC, MO, FL and GA today. Then a few more we finished up in the shop waiting on pickup.

This custom alteration on a Jetz form turned out very neat on this Hill country Bighorn ram. This ram is one of the biggest bodied rams we have ever mounted. We spent hours cutting, prepping and altering this form to make it twice as large as the original form.

We are officially out of wall space! Season is just around the corner and we are getting ready to wrap up last season in the next couple of months. Check out the assortment of different animals we have in the shop now.

We have a lot of very cool animals up and drying or finished in the shop! It's been a month of exotics for us. It's nice for diversity in rams, Axis, Fallow, blackbuck, pronghorn, and mule deer!

16 bucks mounted in two weekends, we may have pulled some 14 hour days getting these up but it's a huge accomplishment having these up on the wall drying! Check out some unique bucks! They are in the rough drying still, hoping to get them finished out next week.

Getting our next generation of skinners trained up, Karson is 4 years old and killed his first two hogs a couple weekends ago and insisted on skinning his pig by himself (of course with carful supervision and help). It's all about getting the next generation fired up and keeping the family traditions strong.
