Check out this post from Sara By The Season!

A few of the things I’m learning and loving lately - deets and more up on the blog today. This seasonal practice is one of my favorite ways to reflect back on each season as it passes and feel more present for the next one. I challenge you to try it too, even if (or especially if) it is journaling to yourself.

Beautiful red veined sorrel. This plant is sometimes classified as a herb, sometimes as a vegetable, but at Roka Farms we know it’s all the time delicious! These leaves are best consumed small and for all you Gardner’s out there - This plant is actually a perennial and would be a great edition in any edible garden!

Our Sorrel leaves are so extra right now, we just had to share! When you bite down on the leaf they have a crisp and unmistakable lemon flavor.
