Starting immediately, we will be adjusting our grooming hours due to staffing issues. Our remaining and extremely talented groomers, Caitlin and Kristi, have generously offered to pick extra days to meet the needs of our current clients.

If your current appointments need to be adjusted due to these changes, our team will be reaching out to you directly. In the rare event that we are unable to accommodate your pet within your desired dates, our sister hospital, City Way: Irvington, is readily available and more than happy to see you and your pets!

We greatly appreciate your flexibility and understanding during this time.

Did you know that the dry air from indoor heaters can cause your pet to have dry, itchy skin? ❄️ With Winter quickly approaching, if you are bathing your furry friend at home or our self-serve dog wash, try to avoid bathing as often, no more than every 2 weeks. Dry shampoos or moisturizing mousses can help condition skin and aid in freshening hair between baths. 🛁

If your dog has winter allergies or needs to be bathed more frequently, talk to someone from our team and we can recommend a shampoo that can be used more often and can help moisturize the skin.

A quick update about our schedule and availability:
• For small dog grooms, we are booked until about mid-December.
• For large dog grooms we are booked until January.
• If you don't mind driving to Irvington, our groomer at City Way Animal Clinics - Irvington may have openings available sooner! Give them a call: 317-785-3260
• New clients - Our team is working to return your calls and quote requests, but we are down a CSR until next week. It's taking us more like 48-72 business hours to respond to these. Please have patience, we will be in touch as soon as we can!
• Due to being short a team member, we will be closing at 4pm all next week (11/15-11/20)

💜 We are so thankful for all the love we've received lately requesting and scheduling appointments. Thank you for understanding!

For this , we are finishing up our celebration of National Animal Shelter and Rescue Appreciation Week! 🧡

🐈 Mended Hearts Rescue is just as special as the animals they serve. Formed in 2010, their primary mission is to provide assistance to dogs and cats who need a little extra help, especially those who require substantial medical care.

Mended Hearts Rescue also has the Our Friends of Gladys program that provides caring hospice homes for terminally ill or senior pets to live out the remainder of their lives.
