Have you ever heard of ENS (early neurological stimulation? It’s a series of short exercises you do with the puppies starting when they are a few days old until they are 2 weeks old. These exercises improve the dogs heart rate, mashed them more tolerant to stress, and more resistant to disease. All of which makes a healthier and happier dog. We didn’t have any pictures of the puppies doing the exercises while they were young, I’m always forgetting to take pictures. These puppies are not newborns any more but they still like getting their toes tickled.

We’ve had a lot of changes in our family this past year. We move from our home in Idaho to the Pacific Northwest. We are loving exploring our new home. Clover had this precious litter of puppies on July 27. Their names were inspired by the hikes we’ve taken and the new places we’ve discovered.

My daughter was out taking pictures of the puppies and got this SO cute shot. She was working on getting more when Mama showed up and the puppies were more interested in eating than having a photo shoot. Maybe after dinner and nap time she’ll get some more.
