*TERMS OF SALE*
GENERAL TERMS
You must be 18 years or older to purchase animals. If purchasing an animal on behalf of someone under the age of 18, you acknowledge that a pet is a tremendous responsibility outside of a child's sole care. The buyer agrees that they, as the adult/guardian are responsible for the pet's care. We have the right to refuse sale
LIVE ANIMAL GUARANTEE
[We are not responsible for shipping delays and package mishandling, death on arrival in these instances will be reimbursed in store credit]
We guarantee that your animal will be 100% healthy for seven days after delivery. When receiving an animal we ask that someone be present when the animal(s) arrive. Packages are not automatically sent out, a mutual agreement on a shipping date will be made before any animals are shipped.
HEALTH
If your animal shows any signs of illness within the seven day guarantee please contact us within 24 hours so that we may help and/or work out a solution. If you fail to message us within this period the guarantee will be void.
DROPPED TAILS
Geckos may drop their tails on their journey from us to you through shipping, stress, or no reason at all. We are not responsible for the loss of your geckos tail as this a completely natural response.
S*X GUARANTEE
All animals will be marked with their appropriate s*x, any animal marked male or female is guaranteed to be s*xed correctly. Animals marked as uns*xed/poss. male/female are not guaranteed and is determined through pore s*xing which is not always accurate.

PAYMENT PLANS
Payment plans are considered only for animals over $150. A non-refundable deposit equal to 25% of the full price of the animal is required to establish a payment plan. Full payment must be received within 30 days (unless otherwise stated by the seller) or the deposit may be forfeited and the animal will be re-listed for sale.
Payment plans may not be accepted if full payment cannot be made before the shipping window closes. To inquire about a payment plan for a specific animal, you may contact Azuri Exotics through Facebook or Instagram.
HOLDS
Azuri Exotics issues holds on a case to case basis unless the animal is being held due to unsafe weather. Animals on hold will not be permitted to be sold to other potential buyers.

By sending the deposit amount you have read and agree to the hold terms.
SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping is not included in the price of the animals listed. Shipping is done through FedEx via ReptilesExpress.com as Priority Overnight which means packages may arrive at 10:30am the following day, we are not responsible in any package delays. Shipping happens between Mon-Wed, so that it is ensured an animal will not be stuck at a hub through the weekend. We currently only ship within the United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). Shipping will only occur after payment in full is received.
Animals will only be shipped between 50F-75F for home deliveries and 45F-80F for morning hub facility pick-ups. Shipping dates will be mutually agreed on based on these conditions.
Make sure you are providing the correct address when purchasing an animal to ensure your guarantee.
Shipping is only applicable for reptiles and invertebrates.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
All animal sales are final unless covered by the TOS described
DEAD ON ARRIVAL
In the case your animal dies upon arrival through shipping you have 1 hour to contact us about it and receive a full refund or the choice of a new animal with equal value
DEATH WITHIN SEVEN DAY PERIOD
In the case your animal dies within the seven day guarantee period you must contact us within that period and you may receive

PET ONLY
When buying an animal sold as “PET ONLY”, the buyer acknowledges that the animal(s) are being sold under a PET ONLY/Non-breeding contract and therefore that the animal shall not be used for breeding purposes of any kind. The buyer agrees to never house (or allow any interaction of) unfixed animal(s) sold under a PET ONLY/Non-breeding contract with another unfixed animal of the opposite s*x. In the event that said animal(s) are bred either on purpose or accidentally, the buyer agrees to forfeit ownership of and return the animal(s) purchased from the seller and any offspring resulting from the breeding at the seller’s request and buyer’s expense. The buyer acknowledges and agrees that if the buyer breaks any part of this contract by breeding on purpose or accidentally, the seller has full discretion to share the buyer’s name/location and all correspondence to other breeders, groups, and even publicly in order to warn and inform others.
GIVEAWAYS AND TRADES
All giveaways follow individual terms set up for them, as well as following sales guidelines. We have the right to refuse giveaway winners if they are deemed negligible for any reason. Trade terms follow individual terms set up and agreed upon, while following the rules of this contract.
HEALTH TESTING
Some species will be health tested prior to sale. Testing cost is included in the price. No species are currently being health tested prior to sale.
DILIGENCE OF CARE
By purchasing, trading, or winning an animal from Azuri Exotics, you agree to care for that animal to the best of your ability. This includes all necessary vet care, no inappropriate cohabitation, an appropriate diet, access to clean water 24/7, proper heating, etc. If you have questions in regards to these matters, feel free to reach out to us. If you are found being undoubtedly negligent or abusive to an animal from Azuri Exotics, the buyer agrees to forfeit ownership of and return the animal(s) purchased from the seller at the seller’s request and buyer’s expense. The buyer acknowledges and agrees that if the buyer breaks this contract by neglecting or abusing animal(s) purchased the seller has full discretion to share the buyer’s name/location and all correspondence to other breeders, groups, and even publicly in order to warn and inform others.
IN CASE YOU ARE UNABLE TO NO LONGER CARE FOR THE ANIMAL PURCHASED
You are encouraged to contact me so we may talk about sending the animal back to us
