If you have no preference that is totally fine as well 🙂 Just simply tell us when booking which groomer you want so we can make sure we put it on that groomer’s schedule.

New cancellation policy!!

Per some recent last minute cancellations and no shows, we wanted to explain why we are adding a new fee. If we get a cancellation day of it is very hard to get someone in that day and time, as well as no shows because now the time is past and we are left without a dog in that spot. We need adequate time to find someone to fill the spot. This being said.. we have a within 48 hr which is now 50% of the scheduled appt fee; and within 24 hr which is now 100% of the scheduled appt fee. I understand this may seem spendy but this is to discourage last minute cancellation and no shows. If this happens you will be put on our list and a note in your account will be made, an appt will not be set up again til the fee is paid.

However we understand life happens and somethimes cancelling early enough is beyond our power so if something major happened please reach out to us and will do what we can 🙂
