Susan Stewart Chaney is teaching at two great locations! Chaney's Promise Farm, in Lothian, Maryland Boarding and instruction in natural horsemanship available.

Chaney's Promise Farm is located on 180 acres in beautiful rural Lothian. Features include miles of trails, indoor arena, fenced 5 acre jump field and lighted sand arena. Indian Creek Ranch is located in Indian Mills, West Virginia, on 18,000 acres overlooking the New River. Bordered on three sides by wildlife management areas this location includes 18,300 acres of land with great trails for ridin

g, hiking and biking, and first class accommodations for horses and humans. Ride in the morning and float down the river in the afternoon! Guest House available for weekend or weekly rental (2 night minimum) accommodates 18 people, with gorgeous mountain views, big screen tv, games, and more. Ride out from the front porch!

SUSAN STEWART CHANEY said Today marks the 1 year mark of my ankle fusion surgery and the cut in my tibia to allow me to grow three inches of new bone. It has been a long and arduous journey of 19 months and 17 surgeries, but I am here to tell you that with a great husband, family, friends and faith in God you CAN overcome anything. My next x-rays are set for April 2, when my doctor expects to inform me that I may ride again. Rehab is going well and learning to walk again without an ankle joint is a major challenge, but one that is overwhelming with joy and excitement. I am so looking forward to riding and walking again soon! Thanks to all for your love, prayers and support and I will see you on the trail soon!
