Split Elm Equestrian Center We are a full service Equestrian facility! We offer lessons, breeding, shows, etc. Split Elm Equestrian is located in Galloway, NJ. Our farm totals 64 acres.

We are the largest boarding farm in Atlantic County NJ, and we can accommodate up to 64 horses! We offer traditional lessons in English and western riding as well as guided instructed trail rides! We can accommodate trail groups up to 20 riders, all rides are private(just your party) and under instruction. We have multiple types of riding arenas. We offer trails, a pond, a 5/8 mile race track, two

large jumping arenas, a full Cross Country course, two dressage arenas(one large and one small), a lighted indoor arena(50 x 150) complete with fans and rubber footing, and two round pens. We also have a full lesson program with 35 lesson horses. We have professionals in for clinics, and most often Danny Warrington of Warrington Eventing. We offer trailering to local trail riding and shows.

Today was a bunch of firsts and personal goals, and I’m happy to say every rider achieved their own personal goals for themselves and their horses.
For Training Level Brianne and Mercedes SE placed 4th! One unlucky rail in SJ but a super confident XC!
In Novice Ella placed 5th with Split Elm’s Mizzenthepoint!
Ella also showed WR Mocha Girl finishing right behind Zen to place 6th!
Maddie and her horse Experiment 6-2-6 moved up Novice with a great ride in all three phases with a lovely xc rhythm!
Megan and her horse So Hot moved up to Beginner Novice with a more consistent dressage score, one unlucky rail in show jumping but a beautiful round nonetheless, and a phenomenal easy and clear xc!
Ella showed Split Elm’s Cruiser Control in his first Beginner Novice placing 4th (technically 3rd as two people tied for 2nd) for his first show ever!!! He had a 25.6 in dressage, a few green rails in SJ, and a super xc! This horse is going to make a phenomenal show horse one day and has loads of potential.
Ella also showed Wednesdaynightlad in Beginner Novice following in 5th place right behind Cruise! Lad is a big easy going guy who just floats over the xc jumps!
Annie showed her horse Mystique in their first event and tied for 6th! They went double clear finishing on their dressage score!
Allycyn showed her Steelheart Gypsy with the most pleasant to watch show jump and xc landing them just out of the ribbons in 9th out of 20.
Cassie showed Split Elm’s Leilani SE with a consistent dressage, super show jump, and a few green moments on xc but Cassie handled them like a pro!

While we were out looking at a sport horse for sale we noticed this little guy who needed help. His respiration was out of control with heaves, his hooves haven’t been done in ages and he is definitely a little older. He seemed like a sweetheart and we couldn’t leave him there. We rescued him and our vet met us at the farm to help get his breathing under control. He looks happier already!! Welcome Puzzle 🧩

Our Story

Split Elm Equestrian is located in Galloway, NJ. We are the largest horse breeding farm in Atlantic County NJ, and we can accommodate up to 60 horses! In addition to breeding services we offer boarding, lessons, training, shows and clinics. Our farm totals 64 acres. We have multiple types of riding arenas. We offer trails, a pond, a 5/8 mile race track, a jumping arena, a barrel arena, a full Cross Country course, two dressage arenas(one large and one small both lighted for night riding), a lighted indoor arena(50 x 150) complete with fans and rubber footing, and two round pens. We offer two barn options for boarding. We also have a full lesson program with 22 lesson horses. We have professionals in for clinics, most often Danny Warrington of Warrington Eventing. We are the official barn of the Shore Riders Pony Club, Stockton University Equestrian team/club and the Barn Ratz 4H club meets here. We also have a summer seminar series for experienced riders.
