Dimitri Papadopoulos, a Philadelphia-area instrumentalist and singer, takes the stage. Dimitri pulls from his influences in blues, folk, funk, rock, and jazz, and he brings a playful and creative energy to every performance. He’s performed at some of the finest venues in Philly, including the TLA, the Trocadero, and the World Cafe Live, both as a drummer and as a singer-guitarist.

Coming to Dining Under the Stars this week, enjoy the sounds of the CPFA Jazz Mavericks, the top instrumental performing ensemble at PA Leadership Charter School (PALCS)'s innovative Center for Performing and Fine Arts in West Chester, PA. Join us during Dining Under the Stars this week for a “Night of Rose Tree Media Jazz,” brought to us by Rafferty Subaru at the Artistic Performance Space in front of the Media Armory on State Street!

The Penncrest Jazz Program, featuring students from Penncrest High School, is highlighting Springton Lake Middle School Jazz Band, PCHS Jazz Band, and PCHS Alumni Reunion Band. Auditions for the program are held in the Fall, and rehearsals begin after the conclusion of the marching season. Each band rehearses once a week as an ensemble, with each section adding an additional student-run sectional once per week. The objective of the program is to develop style, improvisation, and independent playing through the study of America’s Unique Art Form. The bands are under the leadership of Director Craig Snyder and Assistant Director Tony Deangelis.

Join us tonight during Dining Under the Stars 🌟✨🌟 for live music performed by the Penncrest High School Chamber Strings Ensemble at the Rafferty Subaru Artistic Performance Space! 🎼🎹🎻

The group is open to students in grades 10-12. The goal of the ensemble is to cultivate and create a lifetime appreciation for music and music performance. The Chamber Strings Ensemble competes every year in different cities around the country.

“This year the Chamber Strings Ensemble was awarded first place for their performance at George Mason University in the 2024 Washington DC Festivals of Music hosted by EPN Travel. The ensemble consists of members who participated in the PMEA District 12, PMEA Region 6, and PMEA All-State Festivals this past year. The ensemble is purposefully kept smaller in order to emphasize chamber performing practices. The group often performs pieces without a conductor and is always striving to become a more musically inclined ensemble."

The Foundation serves as a charitable giving vehicle for individuals, families, and businesses who’d like to pledge their generosity in support of meaningful causes, including health, affordable housing, food security, art enrichment, and scholarships.

She has recently had a song she co-wrote on the hit TV show “Love Island,” and she’s looking forward to wherever her voice takes her next.
