Miss Sky is back!!! Her recent adopter said she was lovely but didn’t bond with her husband or chihuahua but played well with there German shepherd. So Skye is searching for a new family to call her own. She is housebroken, crate trained, knows sit, stay, lay down, and loves to play fetch. She is a doll. Please share so Copper can find a home. He is fixed loves kids, he is so gentle, he likes other dogs, and he is up to date on shots. He really is a cuddly sweet hound that needs a family.

Please share! Meet Copper a Walker Hound that wondered up to the kennel. He is about 2 years old fixed and up to date on his shots. He does get along with female dogs he does have a prey drive so he has not been introduced to cats. He will tree possums, squirrels, raccoons you name it. Could potential be a good hunting dog. He could also be a great family dog as well as he is very sweet and loves to be petted and his zoomies are quite funny. Sky is still looking for a home!!! She is 1 1/2 year old, spayed, uptodate on shots 35 lb mix that has shown up at Duckhill. She is crate trained, has excellent leash manners, sit, stay, lay down, fetch, and she loves to swim. She loves to be petted and can keep herself entertained with a toy for forever. She likes other dogs but can have a rowdy playstyle. We have closed our Somerville location so we are in desperate need of finding an adopter or foster for Miss Skye. Miss Mollie is a beautiful 2 year old female British lab. She is spayed and up to date on shots. She has really nice obedience training with great manners and loads of drive. I would recommend a home with no small children or other dogs. She is very sweet and we haven’t seen any signs of aggression but her previous owner said she was snappy with small children. This is Buster Brown He showed up at Duckhill almost 6 years ago. We had found his owner and they said they didn’t want him. We could never figure out why because he is the sweetest dog. He has lived at Duckhill since and we have tried to find him a home with no luck. So we could really use some help with this guy as we have closed now. He is up to date on shots, neutered and estimated to be 8 years old. A senior now. He does not get along with male dogs or cats. He is extremely affectionate with people and kids with a gentle demeanor and good manners. All he wants is love and a family. Is there someone out there who would like to be his Christmas miracle. This is one of our adoptable/strays that has shown up throughout the years at Duckhill he is in desperate need of an adopter or foster. His name is Lou He is 1 up to date on shots good with other dogs but not cats. He is a little guy about 30-35 lbs. He is crate trained and knows a few basic commands. Miss Skye Baby is still in need of a family or maybe a foster. She was pulled from euthanasia and has been living her life here at Duckhill but since we have closed it’s urgent we find her a family. She is a very funny girl with the prettiest blue eyes. She is up to date on shots, likes to play fetch, crate trained, knows sit and lay down and walks very well on a leash. She is also loves to swim and will keep herself entertained with a toy. She gets along with other dogs but can have a rowdy play style. Maggie is still looking for a family to call her own. She needs to be the only dog in the home as she can be dog selective. She seems to do ok with males. She is ok with cats. Maggie really is a sweetheart that has loads of drive and a bubbly personality. Her favorite things to do is get cuddles, water retrieves, and treats of course. Even though Maggie has lots of drive and can retrieve all day long she has a calm demeanor and is a joy to be around. Could you please share? Polly is still in need of a home. We have closed so time is urgent. Is there anyone out there who could open their home to Polly. She is a 1 y/o, cattle dog mix, up to date on shots, and is the sweetest cuddle bug you will ever meet. She does get along with other dogs and cats. She also doesn’t meet a stranger. I would say she is mid to low energy and has great manners. She walks well in a leash, sits, lays down, crate trained, and plays fetch. She would prefer to lay next to you and enjoy your company. Not one of our adoptables went home. Which is sad because they are all great dogs who just need a chance and deserve a home for the holidays.
