Please do NOT bring your pets here!
My dog was killed (as well as others, on separate occasions) by other dogs here due to negligence that continues to occur at this facility.
While on vacation I got a VOICEMAIL from Kelsey that another dog had attacked and killed my dog when she left them unattended to clean. At the time we gave her the benefit of the doubt when she acted regretful and shortly after built a fence to separate large and small dogs. This is now a regrettable decision as we have found out almost the exact same thing has happened to others since. To top that she blatantly lied to someone else this happened to and told them this was "a first for her" when it was a not since it happened to my dog prior. I guess she forgets about other dogs she allowed to be killed very easily.
Kelsey continues to post photos of the small and large dogs STILL together after several lives were taken on her watch. She has not and evidently will not learn her lesson. It is a slap in the face to all the family's that trust her with their loved ones, especially those who have lost because of her. The lack of compassion she has for another life is truly sickening. What she took from our family as well as others is something we can never get back.
One terrible occurrence is a regrettable, heartbreaking mistake that you learn from and NEVER let happen again. But to continue to do the same things that took a life due to your negligence is unforgivable and disgraceful.
I also know of another customer with a larger dog who was injured there as well and apparently Kesley has "no idea" what happened. This dog had ALL of his toes broken and hundreds of dollars of vet bill they had to pay on top of having to pay for the stay when he got hurt.
The more we talk to people the more we hear about disheartening things that have happened here and it has to make you wonder how much more she's brushing under the rug.
Please do not allow yourself to be subject to the same heartache that we have been through from someone who has proven to be unable and unwilling to change her ways.
