I know it’s hard to believe with this weather we have BUT Spring Break is just around the corner ☀️ 🌊
People have the right idea about planning their trip already since we have quite a few reservations in the books for March; SO make sure to get a hold of us so you can reserve a suite (we only have 13 suites because we are a smaller/quaint dog boarding facility for a more personable experience) for your pooch because “your furry one deserves a vacation too!” 🐾

We have had another wonderful year with tons of positive feedback and excitement from you all, Which we greatly appreciate! We absolutely adore our regular furry guests and love just as much meeting & showing the ropes to each furry first timer that comes through ours front doors!

With the new year upon us now, we just wanted to re-post some basic information about us, our facilities, and what makes us amazingly different here at Zak & Zoey’s Dog Resort🐾

We understand that there are a few different options and facilities that come up when looking at boarding your pup. Some that may benefit you/your pup differently. We are here for those that will benefit from what we are here for, which is the best of the best care! Us here at Zak & Zoey’s Dog Resort are not just a “boarding kennel”, in fact we don’t use kennels, crates, or cages but do provide each furry guest with their very own suite. You will see our professionalism, cleanliness, and our personable tailored approach your furry loved one will receive during each and every one of their stays with us. Because your furry one deserves a vacation too!

Effective January 1st 2024:
•Our daily drop off & pick up hours are strictly 8am-11am. 7 days a week.
(For this there are a few reasons; as we are family owned my husband or my self like to be the ones running the office part and being able to greet you and your pup when coming to stay so we may provide answers to any questions you may have.
Also believe it or not, dogs hear/sense each car pulling up, doors opening, people talking, etc. and here we want to make sure their stay is as calm, relaxing, and comfortable as possible.
And lastly after those lobby doors are locked we have some furry guest that are staying with us that benefit from hanging out with our staff in the office/ect.)
*some accommodation may be made if we have suitable office staffing. BUT must be discussed prior/at booking. No pick up or drop off later than 3pm will be available. (If you are unable to make that, your pup(s) are more than welcome to stay till the next day.)

•Credit Card on file is needed to create a secured booking for holiday/busy season reservations.
*You will not be charged and can still pay with cash at the end of your pups stay! This is just to ensure that if you are no longer needing the booking that you cancel within our 72 our window.

•REMINDER that since January 1st of last year 2023, we started implementing a “72 hour in advance notice” for a cancellation of a booking to avoid any cancellation fees.
*if you end up being a no call, no show OR do not pay cancellation fee you will not be allowed to create another booking with us in the future*

We are a small town family owned and ran business that is trying to be as accommodating as possible and want as many people to experience the personable tailored stay your dog is going to receive with us. We need your understanding and help by giving us as much notice as possible since we are very limited on availability at certain times. This is needed to let us keep providing you and your furry loved one with the best of the best care and upkeep! Thank You for your understanding & cooperation ❤️

Oh boy it’s New Year’s Eve, this year sure flew right by! Us here at Zak & Zoey’s Dog Resort just wanted to say thank you to all our furry guests that have stayed with us this past year and to thank all the doggo’s parents for choosing us to care for them when needed🤗 We appreciate all the love and support.
