Good morning everyone. Let me share what happened today at the shop. Today as I was reaching for a leash with a little dog in my hand the dog begin digging at my face with it's paw and nails. At which point the dogs paw and nails dug into my ear canal and left a cut and bloodied me. In my time of shear excruciating pain I did cuss.. I won't repeat it here but if you'd like to know what I said call me I'll tell you. I did say some harsh words. Unbeknownst to me the owner was standing at the counter. I immediately apologize to the client. At no time did the client ask if I was okay which I was not. The client has asked for me to cancel the appointments and will not return. Understandably so I'm sure he did not appreciate me cussing at his dog. At this time the other owner is accusing me of animal abuse. And at no time has there ever been any abuse to this dog. One owner was present for the entire interaction. The other owner who was not is the one who is claiming that I have abused her dog. Please know that put your animal safety and well-being in front of my own. If you have any concerns on how we take care of your animal here at the shop please feel free to stop by anytime while your animal is being groomed to witness anything. My doors are open I hide nothing from anyone. But I do know that there will be some reviews and some comments made and apparently they will be calling all the other groomers and letting them know. So I wanted you to hear it from me first.
