Nascote Industries donates to shelter pets in need
Nashville, IL - (September 09, 2024) - Nascote Industries, Inc., a division of Magna Exteriors, is supporting the Washington County Animal Shelter during its slowest donation period of the year. Nascote donated items to the shelter to help when donations are typically at their lowest due to back-to-school costs.
Understanding the need for support during August, Nascote Industries' Community Involvement Team went into action, establishing donation stations across all breakrooms within the company’s main plant and warehouses. Over 160 items were collected, encompassing a wide range of necessities from food and toys to litter and blankets, showcasing the generosity and community spirit of the Nascote workforce.
“The passion many employees have for animals made the donation event for the shelter a wonderful addition to the drives and needs Nascote supports in our community. The employees and volunteers of the shelter are an inspiration for their hard work and dedication to our furry friends," said Dawn Sachteleben, Molding Data Processor and Community Involvement Team member at Nascote Industries.
Nascote Industries extends its heartfelt thanks to all employees who participated in the donation drive and contributed to its success.
