Our friend Alexandra found this dog on Starr St. right by the L train today around 2:30PM. The dog is female, white with brown and black spots, and is not microchipped. The dog walked her out to an apartment on Starr St. where Alexandra left her information. If anyone may know this dog, please reach out.
