We are so thankful for all of our local farms for keeping meat on our table and our freezer stocked at all times! Their hard work does not go unnoticed in our home!!

In 2023, we were able to supply local families with more beef, pork and chicken than ever before. Our goal was to maintain and we did just that!!

Week 5 Progress (4.26.22)
We are now able to walk up to Abbey and brush her. She is the sweetest girl. She has put on a little weight so far but not as much as we’d like. She has developed what looks to be a UTI possibly and we have noticed she isn’t eating her hay. Dr Matt was called and he will be out Thursday to hopefully get to the bottom of all her issues. For now she is getting unlimited alfalfa cubes and sunflower seeds in with her grain. If everyone could say a little prayer for this sweetheart, we would appreciate it. I hope we can get her back to health.

Week 1 Progress! (3.11.22)
All week we’ve stood within 2-4 feet of Abbey as she ate. Slowly, we’d step closer. Today, she let us gently pet her shoulder. Baby steps! As for health, she has been dewormed and treated for her lice.
Week 2 goal: build trust and dental check!
