This lovely young lady is looking for her person! With three elegant gaits, brave, and nice knees over fences, she could go in any direction. She was started as an Event horse in Germany before she was imported to do Dressage. Although she would make quite the lovely dressage horse, Vabusa craves more diversity in her training. We think “Babbs” would excel in eventing or make an exceptional three ring horse. Babbs is a barn favorite, absolutely stunning, and a sweet personality. Suitable for an amateur or young rider. She is a forward thinker so a confident rider in a program is suggested.

✨Athena has been excelling in a dressage centric program. She is solidly schooling 2nd level with plenty of potential to keep advancing through the levels. Instructor Bio:
Claudio Oliveira trained under Nuno Oliveira, one of the most widely respected classical dressage masters, will be coming to Colorado. He is a proponent of teaching horses from a relaxed mental state, which allows them to understand the concepts being taught. “It's important to get the horses relaxed when they work,” says Claudio, "The Piaffe is an easy exercise when you achieve it without force."

Claudio has extensive experience starting young horses and bringing them up through the advanced levels. He is a specialist in training the Piaffe and passage, and works in-hand and with the rider in the saddle.

We are excited to be able to bring Claudio to Colorado and hope people will come and participate in a fun, welcoming learning environment!

Meet Daisy🌼

✨Daisy is an extremely talented, but often nervous horse. In this session, the main goal was to get to her to slow down and and think through the process. Daisy’s intelligent nature will make her the most amazing partner, but at this point in her education it can sometimes make things difficult.

“Tik helped us by starting out with problem solving on the ground. By doing a figure 8 around the barrels Daisy became more thoughtful through her mind and body. We then took that same thoughtfulness to the saddle and practiced a verity of different obstacles. We were able to build upon her thought process and slowly turn it into relaxation.”

🕸🕷✨Everyone meet Spider!!

🐴Spider is a 3yr old Irish sport horse who just recently made his journey across the pond!! I have been helping his new mom, Kim Wendel, start her new lovely boy. Prior to working with Tik at our clinic, spider had only my body weight on him and one ride under saddle where we walked some circles, then got off. With the babies, baby steps & setting things up for success is imperative!

🐴Spider is incredibly in tune with his surroundings, which is going to make him the most amazing partner, but at this stage in his education can make him a little tricky. In my sessions with Spider, I spend a lot of time working on getting him to focus all of his attention and energy on our session! Once you are able to engage him into playful activities & fun problem solving, he transforms into a different horse. To achieve this we use ground work exercises!

🐴Spider responded so well to the ground work we did with Tik, that Tik wanted me to get on Spider’s back! I was so happy with how confident this young horse was under saddle! His confidence is showing that the program is working!!

✨🌿RGE feels very fortunate to be along for the ride, and a small part of Spider’s journey.

✨Tik is one of my mentors, and also one of the most knowledgable horsemen in North America, possibly the world! He competes at the upper levels of eventing, but specializes in natural horsemanship & behavioral issues with horses. ✨It is so important to make sure that you as a rider are centered & have clear thoughts while training. A large part of training horses is showing them that they can trust us, and because they trust us, they can have confidence in themselves.
