Oftentimes, successful hunters will bury their skull for a long time in order to create a skull mount. This definitely results in a very rustic look. This client asked me to whiten up his buried skull! I can definitely whiten them up and get them clean, but the bones are always a little more brittle and not as white compared to a head completed shortly after the kill or freezer! Let me know if you have any old skulls you’d like refurbished!
