Videos of me exercising my own doggos.
I have had two cases of my own dogs with bad hips getting into their older age. Giving them their daily running helped get rid of that. Along with my 14yr old chihuahua (dark brown) who is in overall perfect health.
Running my dogs always helped tone down their hyper energy too. Along with running being a great enrichment activity for getting their needed stimulation of the mind and their own physical bodies.
I especially gave them exercise throughout the cold winter months as much as I could for being cooped up in the house.
