after 2 missed appointments back to back, the next appointment booked will require a non refundable payment of 1/2 price of grooming services for that client. This does not count for cancelled / rescheduled appointments. This is for appointments that I have had with no phone call, voicemail, or facebook message letting me know you need to cancel. I understand things come up , life happens. I hate that I’m having to make this post but this has gotten out of control recently.
