Long term contract: $5 per dog/day

The discount applies to any client who wants longer than one week of service. I know and understand how expensive our canine kids can be and I want to offer as much enrichment for your pup as i can, without hurting your wallet ❤

Question: Safety for children. What should I teach my kids regarding dogs? When not to pet a dog. What does a dogs body language tell me?
Answer: kids should always be taught to ask the owner to pet the dog first. If no owner is present, the child should not approach the dog. If the owner is present and says ok to petting the dog, move calmly toward the dog with an open hand for the dog to sniff. If the dog pulls ears back, widens its eyes, appears to stiffen or cower, back away as the dog is uncomfortable.

Question: how do you combat jealousy between dog and baby?
Answer: training! An hour a day, at least once a week to give the dog some one on one time is crucial to your bond.
If the dog does get jealous (also see resource guarding; territorial) sometimes the best answer is to walk away and ignore the behavior. Reward positive, happy and confident behavior in your dog.

Whether it's jealousy as humans experience it, or an offshoot of deeply ingrained dog behavior like resource guarding, or redirected excitement, dogs do get jealous. How do you know if your dog is feeling jealous?
