Dear Valued Clients,
It is with mixed emotions that I am announcing the closure of Family Veterinary Clinic effective July 7th. After 24 years of providing care to our beloved animal patients, I have decided to retire.
This closure includes our medical practice, boarding, and playcare.
We will have full services through June 30th including surgery, medical, and dental care. Boarding will be active through July 7th 2023
Dr Czachor will remote in as needed for up to a year to approve prescription refills while supplies last. Chelsea will continue helping set up prescriptions and arranging for you to pick them up as needed.
I want to express my sincere gratitude to all our Family Veterinary Clinic clients for entrusting me and my team with the care of their furry companions. It has been an honor and a privilege to serve this community.
I understand that this news may come as a surprise and will work to make your transition to another veterinary service as smooth as possible. Please read our FAQs (coming to our website www.familyvetwa.com soon) for more information.
I also want to take this opportunity to express my heartfelt appreciation to my staff for their hard work, dedication, and commitment to our clinic. I could not have served the community so successfully without their incredible support.
Thank you for being a part of my journey, and for allowing us all to be a part of yours. On behalf of the entire clinic staff, we wish you and your pets all the best.
Sincerely,
Carmen L. Czachor, DVM
