RIP my beautiful soul mate, my Wolfie, Beau Happy Beats.

Beauby, also known as Mama Beau, could no longer be contained by her BEAUtiful physical body. I am truly struggling without her. It has taken me 22 days to even be able to pick out this pic and write this short caption. I plan to honor her often and include you all in my journey of grieving her, but for now, all I am able to muster is this post and my daily pack adventures with Mama Beau’s friends.

Thank you to my clients for continuing to send your pups, Mama Beau’s babies, on my FairyTail Adventures to help heal my heart and soul. They truly are little healers. Please forgive me as I process who I am without my floofie shadow, my little doot doot.

In LOVE with the new logo and color scheme by !

Over the years, this business has evolved from cutsie infancy to serious dog-play. It is time for our logo to express The Fairy DogMother’s updated identity. Todd did such a great job of balancing my abstract requests with communicative graphics. I told him I needed this upgraded image to feel more mature with an earthy edge, and this is what I got 🤩 What a perfect fit 🧚🏽‍♂️

Congratulations to for planting 2 new trees in The Fairy DogMother Forest 🌳🌳 Because you completed a Sitting Service with us, we planted these medicinal Hawthorne trees on behalf of Emma and Kevin, bringing our total number of trees up to 28! Your dog, too, can contribute to our reforestation project by booking and completing a Boarding or Sitting Service.

Happy Earth Day! Today we’re celebrating the 24 trees that make up the forest of The Fairy DogMother 🌱🌿🌲🌳 We have planted these trees to help offset our CO2 emissions. Our forest is still very small and spread out over the world, but we grow every month, even if it’s just by a couple of a trees 🌱🌿🌲🌳

Off-Leash @ Oregon City Sniffspot

Yesterday 🤩: Mama Beau, Rainier, and Lily got to explore the 2nd yard at our new favorite Sniffspot today 🤩 We walked the fence line on leash to start, which took some time because we got to meet a herd of bulls/steer! 🐄🐄🐄🐄🐄 They were all unsure of each other at first, but with some training/commands, they all warmed up nicely 🥰 After finally unhooking their leashes, we played fetch for a while. Rainier didn’t necessarily care about the ball, but Beau thought she did so that kept Beau going after it, lol, and THAT kept Rainier going after her 😂 I just can’t get enough of these two besties together! After the first few throws, Lily seemed uninterested and decided to sunbathe. She laid there for a while until I coaxed her to hang out with us in the shade as there was no cloud coverage whatsoever. It was then that I realized she had a bit of a limp, seemingly coming from her front right paw. I thought maybe she’d stepped on something like a thorn, but I checked her paw a couple times and that didn’t seem to be it. She would barely put any pressure on it for the remainder of the time, and I thought maybe that’s why she quit playing fetch with us so soon 🤷🏽‍♀️ Other than that, they all had a great time together 🥰 🧚🏽‍♂️🐺🐶🐶🐾

My Best Day Yet

Friday, June 4, 2021 is going down as my best day yet: Mama Beau, Lily, Rainier, Douglas, and Bailey had THE BEST day today! We rented a private dog park through SniffSpot, and let them run wild and free 😍 Lily was loving running and playing with Douglas and Beau, playing fetch and beating all the dogs to the ball, and laying in the shade. She also enjoyed cuddling up to Bailey while in The Tail Wagon’s amazing AC. I couldn’t be prouder of her today. She was friendly and even playful 😃😃 I cannot wait to get her off leash with a pack of her favorite dogs again 😍 Rainier was loving running large circles, chasing the dogs when they ran after the ball, and laying in the shade. She also enjoyed cuddling up to Douglas while in The Tail Wagon’s amazing AC. Douglas was loving running from dog to dog, chasing the ball during fetch even though he never got it 😂, and laying in the shade. He also enjoyed cuddling up to Rainier while in The Tail Wagon.
