We are sharing this post from our sister office. Unfortunately we have also been experiencing this behavior here at HMAH and our policy is the same.
We are saddened that we have to make this post but in light of some recent interactions involving clients and staff, we feel the need to publicly address the situation. We provide a safe work environment for our employees. We will not tolerate bullying, hostility, threats, or rude behavior in any way, shape, or form toward any team member. If this occurs, you will be asked to leave and we will no longer provide services to you. Our employees are doing their very best to help you and your pets—it is why we joined this profession. These same individuals work through lunch, after hours and weekends to also provide emergency services. We thank those of you who are understanding of the current situation and are grateful for those appreciative of our efforts. Please be respectful and compassionate toward our staff so that we can continue to provide these vital services to our community.
