Do you know how to tell if an egg is fresh? Just drop it into a clear glass of water. A fresh egg will sink to the bottom. An old egg will float because air has had time to seep into the egg through the pores on the shell, making it buoyant. One end of the egg will gradually start to rise up off the bottom until the egg is standing upright. My personal rule, as long as the egg is still touching the bottom of the glass, I'll cook it. Floaters get tossed.

The new Facebook/Meta rule starts tomorrow where they can use your photos. Don't forget the deadline is today! This could be used in lawsuits against you.
