Gorgeous rare plant from Borneo, Indonesia that lives in waterways that have extreme high and low tides. These plants can live above and below water and adapt to their new surroundings!
This 'variegata' variety holds it's white/pink variegation well. Truly a unique plant to add to your collection!

Bucephalandra sp. brownie blue 🤎💙
Want a micro species with a slow growth rate and has beautiful iridescent leaves? Bucephalandra is the way to go! This genus is becoming more popular in not only the aquarium but the terrarium hobby as well. Bucephalandra are a great way to introduce interesting textures and colors in your scape without needing tons of maintenance.
Unfortunately, most importers, exporters, and sellers harvest bucephalandra from the wild and resell at cheap prices. Due to its slow growth, bucephalandra is now on track to being an endangered genus. Please help us conserve these beautiful plants by mindfully purchasing only from local growers.
Here at Mizu Mori, we are passionate about conservation. We especially prioritize propagation of vulnerable and endangered plants, such as bucephalandra. It's also really fun learning about these rare and unique plants!

Taxiphyllum (in situ) 🌿🪵
Aloha from Hawaii! 🌺 I have visited several rainforests and cloud forests on this trip. It is always good to reset our creative minds by being inspired by nature itself.
This moss caught my eye because of the natural parallel moss growth in reference to the wood. Also the contrast of the rich green fronds of the moss compliments the amber brown tones of the wood nicely.

Miniature ferns are a great choice to help add a natural flow to your build. There are many different genera of miniature ferns to choose from - pyrrosia, lemmaphyllum, and microgramma just to name a few.

Here's an oddball! Aridarum sp. perisai 🌿
Aridarums are still relatively new to the hobby and are a close cousin to bucephalanda and anubias. These plants have hard leaves and like to live near fast moving streams and waterfalls.
This species has gorgeous deep veining on the leaves. The leaves are elongated and droopy which makes it a great addition to a terrarium or paludarium for added texture!

Phenomenal floating plant for aquariums, adding texture and character on the surface. Did you know this is actually a floating fern?? They don't produce flowers therefore only reproduce via spores and division. Beginner friendly and tons in stock!

Jewel orchid terrarium class with ! The other terrarium class from several months ago with was a blast so I’m bringing in some more small businesses to teach classes. The plan is to schedule one rotating class per month.
This will be on Saturday 5/18 which is the weekend after next. Getting some amazing jewels in - lots of cool varieties for you to choose from in addition to mini orchid and rare terrarium plant add ons (optional).

🌱Begonia sp. pteridiformis
📍Thailand
Rich green serrated leaves with little white dots. This is a tuberous begonia, an unique addition to any collection. One of my absolute favorites! This species may be grown as a creeper or a climber, and is an excellent choice for terrariums and paludariums.
I was feeling a little creative one night and wanted to try making a miniature version of a living log. This piece showcases aridarum sp. caulescens on spiderwood. I painted the wood with an akadama paste. I then studded the piece with subwassertang and java moss.
After a couple of months it is growing in nicely. I have this in a terrarium with a mister and low-medium full spectrum lighting.

This unique genus secures themselves to rocks in fast moving streams. This particular species has long, elegant leaves with a deep green color.
