Facility amenities include: Heated stall barn. 12x12 rubber matted stalls with Nelson waterers. Bagged Marth shavings for bedding. Heated large indoor arena, arena footing is polymer coated sand, absolutely no dust. Wash stall with Hot/cold water and 15000 watt infrared heat lamps. Laundry and two bathrooms, one with shower. Heated viewing lounge with frig, microwave, coffee, dishwasher and Wi-Fi.

Large individual paddocks with shelters and automatic waterers. Daily individual turnout if desired. Open 7 days a week. No Appointment necessary to see your horse. Limited space available.
