This kitten loves to sleep! She has some weird sleeping positions. She is comfortable around people. This one may be hard to let go, she is just the sweetest! ❤️😻❤️

I think I have figured out that Rocky is going to be a great therapy cat for anxiety and depression. I woke up about 1:30am and felt some anxiety, for no reason, this just happens to me sometimes. Rocky normally sleeps in the living room in her nice heated cat bed, but once she noticed I was awake and possible having what I think she could sense as anxiety, she hasn’t left my chest. I did a little research and some believe that cats can sense anxiety and depression. Studies prove that cats can interpret human emotions, to a certain degree and then try to distract you or calm you. They may do so in various ways but some of these ways include: looking at you, sitting near you or as in my case: sitting on you, rubbing themselves against you, and purring (which can actually calm you down and help lower your blood pressure) according to some online sources. She hasn’t stopped purring and is forcing me to pay attention to her. I have been fostering for about 5 years now off and on, she is the first one that I have actually noticed, but as I start to remember back, I do recall a few visiting me at night when I would have these moments but never really put two and two together (I’m kind of slow sometimes, lol) and maybe I just found my calling; to raise therapy cats! ❤️❤️❤️

We have our first Manx. He is such a cutie! 😻❤️😻

The Manx cat (/ˈmæŋks/, in earlier times often spelled Manks) is a breed of domestic cat (Felis catus) originating on the Isle of Man, with a mutation that shortens the tail. Many Manx have a small stub of a tail, but Manx cats are best known as being entirely tailless; this is the most distinguishing characteristic of the breed, along with elongated hind legs and a rounded head. Manx cats come in all coat colours and patterns, though all-white specimens are rare, and the coat range of the original stock was more limited.
