To our valued clients:
We are pleased to say we are still accepting new clients and patients. We want to thank you for letting us care for your pet during this unprecedented time. In doing so, some changes have been made and new policies implemented. We appreciate your understanding while these changes are made and look forward to continuing to care for your pets in the future.
A friendly reminder:
1. We are limiting visits to only one (1) adult in the exam room with the doctor. If children are present, only those younger than thirteen (13) can accompany you in the exam room, otherwise we ask that they wait in our lobby until the visit is completed. We are trying to limit exposure to both you; your family; the staff and doctor while in the exam room and appreciate your cooperation regarding this matter.
2. Our veterinary center has limited hours on Wednesdays. When scheduling a resort reservation for this day, please keep in mind admittance and dismissals are scheduled appointments at 9:00 am OR 5:00 pm ONLY. Please let our staff know when scheduling a resort stay, when you will be dropping off or picking up to ensure the transition goes smoothly.
3. Thank you for your patience. Covid-19 causes constantly changing rules and regulations, as well as, a busier than usual schedule. We are working diligently to ensure wait time are kept to a minimum, however, patientsā needs vary, sometimes causing extended wait times. We ensure that your pet will receive the care needed and the same amount of time will be spent with them to ensure they are happy and healthy.
4. We understand you want your pet to be seen sooner, rather than later and we will always do our best to get your pet seen as soon as possible, however, at this time we are scheduling appointments 2 to 3 weeks in advance. Because of this, we ask that you please call and cancel any appointment you are not able to make to give another pet the opportunity to be seen.
We are working diligently to ensure your pet receives the care they need in the timeliest fashion. We appreciate all of your patience and cooperation during this time.

The spirit award goes to Alika and Allie McDonald. These two decorate our reception area for every holiday. The hats on animal figurines and statues is always Allieās personal touch. Thank you ladies.
Dr Andrix, Ken, the staff and all the clients appreciate your enthusiasm. š
*****COVID -19 UPDATE*****
Due to COVID -19, we have had longer than usual wait times. This is in part, due to our extensive cleaning process for the safety of our clients and staff, as well as, individual circumstances associated with each patientās visit. We apologize for any delay you may experience (or have experienced), however, we want you to know, your petās health is very important to us and we will continue to devote all the time needed to each individual patient.
