Van's Nursery, Inc. is family-owned and -operated wholesale nursery, specializing in high quality plant material. was started in Salem, OR in 1996.

We grow shade trees, flowering trees, deciduous and evergreen shrubs, fruit trees and selected perennials. Everything is container grown, which makes for easy planting year around.

What are we busy with this time of the year you ask? Well, we are doing some repairs and updates and building some more greenhouses so we can protect plants in cold winters. We are also busy with fall shipping and if couse planting so we continue to have plants for sales! We gave our office a face lift, so it looks nice and fresh😊

As you all know, the battle against weeds is an ongoing and never ending one! So in an effort to block these pesky weeds from growing in the containers, we invested in a Mulch Application Machine. We currently use it on 1, 2, 3 and 5 gallon containers. It puts on approximately 1 - 1.5" of coarse bark dust.
