Thank you to everyone who donated, dropped off pet food, attended PAWSitively PURRfect, or followed along to see "Where in the World Did Abby Go!" Your support will provide pet food and veterinary care for hundreds of cats and dogs served by Meals on Wheels Rowan and Faithful Friends Animal Sanctuary, Salisbury NC.

Supporting seniors comes in many different forms. While many of our clients have difficulty getting food or their pets to the vet. Their pets are their source of daily companionship and help keep them engaged and active. We aim to empower our clients with the support they need to stay independent and healthy at home. By providing pet food and veterinary care, we can help meet our seniors' nutritional, emotional, and physical needs.

Thank you to our wonderful drop-off sites for accepting donations throughout the month and engaging your customers and clients to support August is for AniMEALS. We could not do this without your support!

We accept pet food donations year-long and welcome any donation towards the AniMEALS program. Donations for human meals are never used to provide AniMEALS. Abby's second stop was at Hughes Supply - Salisbury to help fill the tubs with pet food!

Did you know that Meals on Wheels Rowan delivered pet food 726 times in 2023? Your support during August is for AniMEALS helped us provide pet food and basic veterinary care for 110 of the beloved pets of our meal recipients.

Hello world! We’re the Beatrix Potter Kittens! We will play, run, climb, and jump our way into your hearts. We came to the sanctuary as scared, timid little kids, but now we have made improvements and are learning to love people as much as each other. We can still be a little shy so we will need patient, loving homes for us to bloom in. Our names are Tabitha (girl), Peter (boy), Potter (boy), and Mr. Tod (boy). Please put in an application if any of us sound like the kittens for you!

We are up to date on kitten vaccines and have been dewormed and Combo Tested Negative. We will be spayed/neutered when we are old enough. Spay/neuter is covered under the adoption fee. Priority is given to adopters of two kittens, since these kittens would do best in a home with kitten companionship!

The cost to adopt is $125.00. The adoption process begins with an Adoption Application that is located at http://www.faithfulfriendsnc.org/adopt
Once your completed application has been reviewed the humans will contact you with questions and/or set an appointment for you to meet me. Thank you! Please read all guidelines before sending in an application. Do not reach out to the sanctuary about the status of your application, we will contact you if we are interested in setting up an appointment.
