I've talked with a number of clients about my concerns with Blue Buffalo pet food - I had warned that some dogs were getting sick but there was no recall warning - yet.
Here is what Blue Buffalo is saying. They are acknowledging mislabeling. Scary and it looks like it doesn't just affect this brand.

Nellie loves an occasional piece of avocado. There is actually a myth circulating that avocado is toxic to dogs. Many things are (grapes, raisins, raw onion, chocolate). But avocado is not. Phew.
