This is a PSA to all pet owners;

If your pet is sick, or if you think it is sick, please, please, PLEASE reschedule any grooming appointments! There is a sickness that is spreading among dogs and antibiotics are not proving effective in treating it. We want to keep all pets safe, and it is difficult for us to do that if pet owners are not being up front about any illnesses. We do our best to clean and sanitize in between appointments, but it is still very important for owners to reschedule appointments if their pet is showing any sick symptoms (coughing, runny nose with discharge, diarrhea, etc). Please be considerate, as no one wants a sick pet.

Handsome Wrex got a visit today for a bath and deshedding! Deshedding is included in all packages and is great especially this time of year when it begins to warm up and many dogs begin to lose their winter coat.

Voice-mail has been fixed! After a misadventure with a voice-mail transcribing app, we finally have access to our voicemails! If you called and were given the message "this is voxist, the assistant to the person you are calling", we sincerely apologize for the lack of response to your voicemail. I have tried to reach out to everyone who left a message in May, but there are many more that are unaddressed. Again, I sincerely apologize for the non response, and if this happened to you and you are still interested in our grooming services, I promise we will get back to you much sooner if you call again 😅
