-20 acres in a private neighborhood
-28 roomy, rubber matted stalls with automatic fly control system
-2 wash stalls featuring overhead heaters with hot & cold water
-14 large turnout paddocks.
-4 hospital paddocks for injury rehabilit

-250x200 outdoor ring with all weather footing and sprinkler system
-180 x 80 indoor ring attached to barn
-Maintained trail around farm
-15 minutes to Marion DuPont Equine Medical Center
-Staff always on property

It was a big morning at the MHSA Medal Finals!
⭐️Bella Salas and Spindale won the Junior Flat Finals!
⭐️Grace Fennell and Gypsy’s Sweetheart won the Pony Medal Finals with a 90 in the first round as well as winning the sportsmanship award!
⭐️Abby Cole and Doc Holiday were 5th in the Junior Medal Finals and won the sportsmanship award!
⭐️Abby was also 6th in the flat finals on Amazing Grace!

We have some catching up to do from the past few weeks!
🌟Gypsy’s Sweetheart and Grace Fennell were 9th in the Virginia Pony Hunter Championships at Rosemount with an 81 in the second round and 4th in the MHSA Children’s Pony Medal Finals this morning! Millie was also chosen for the Best Pony award in the medal finals.
🌟Fuhgetaboutit and Amelia Hayes were class winners in the short stirrup at Rosemount!
🌟Evita was 4th in the Pro Classic of the Virginia Hunter Championships scoring an 85.5 and 87 with Kelsey!
🌟Cronos du Leon was 6th in the Jr/Am Classic with Bella Salas scoring an 81 in the handy!
🌟Quinlan Ace and Jordan West were 6th in the Children’s Championship!
🌟Amazing Grace and Abby Cole put in a great trip in the Jr/Am Championship!
🌟On Your Mark was 11th in the Pro Classic!
