Molly the mini Jersey and Hank the mini hereford that she's raising for us. We share these animals with another farm. We can't wait to breed Molly to a mini Jersey/dexter bull. And one day, Hank will have his own girlfriends.

Apparently it is a good time to be born! I had a lot of challenges with humidity with the new incubator and I somehow missed lock down so it's amazing to me that anything is hatching. One BLRW and several olive Eggers have hatched so far.

New F1 mini Nubian kids were born yesterday 🥰 the black and tan is a buck kid and the Flashy black and white is a doe kid.

29 Blue Laced Red Wyandottes and 26 Olive Eggers went in this morning. Fingers crossed for a good hatching in 21 days!

We will be loading up the incubator pretty soon with both Olive Eggers and Blue Laced Red Wyandottes. Trying to time the hatching for Easter and a visit from nephew Corey.

Temperament is so important! You can dam raise friendly kids. Their mother was dam raised and is the biggest sweetheart! And these kids are not shy at all! They're enjoying human company right from the start.

Blossom kidded with twin doe and buck kids. They look sooo much a like!! Their sire is a mini Nubian and these will be registered as F1 mini Nubians. So excited for the doe kid as I only got bucks last year.
