For those who have not heard, Berti Ranch will be welcoming its newest member (Baby Berti) in October! That being said, we WILL still be having lessons as long as possible until baby gets here! I have been extremely sick so as soon as I can kick this morning sickness we will start riding for our 2017 season!

PRIVATE FULL CARE HORSE BOARDING AVAILABLE JANUARY 2017! Berti Ranch LLC will have 2 stalls available January 2017. Boarding consists of daily turnout on pasture, feeding, stall cleaning, and horse maintenance. Located right of Highway 44 in Sullivan, MO. Happy Birthday to one of our riders, Nathan! For his birthday he wanted to ride horses at his house. So, weather permitting, Tarzan, Maggie, and myself will be making a trip to his house this weekend for a ride!

Nathan does so great with Maggie! She likes to try and be a little stubborn sometimes, but he does a great job putting her in her place! This week we worked on our figure 8s and some transitions. So proud of this young man!

Today was a great day. It started with Kelston this morning (who melted my heart while he talked to Tarzan and told him how much he loved him). Then Nathan got to come this evening and we got to do our lesson together. It makes my job just that much more fun when I get to participate with my students.

It's safe to say Tarzan had an AMAZING morning with two of his youngest students. Emmy had her first lesson today and was so in love with Tarzan and was giving him lots of apples and kisses! Kelston was a huge help cleaning stalls and then we took a road trip to his house! Love getting to spend time with these kiddos and encouraging them in their weekly horse lessons!

Had a great time at Berti Ranch for their advertising shoot! We grabbed some "in-action" shots of Jess giving riding lessons. From ages 3 and up, hiring Jess to teach your kiddos how to ride a horse will be the highlight of any childhood! Only $35 for each hour long lesson! Check out her page! Kate had her very first lesson today with the help of her older cousin Addy, who has been riding with us for a little over a year. She did so great and was extremely confident and observant the entire time! Can't wait for our next lesson!

I cannot say enough how proud I am of Kelston. He is 3 years old and takes on the horses like a true cowboy! Also, Tarzan does such a wonderful job teaching these kiddos so many new things every day!

Despite the hot weather, Nathan came out this evening and put in some awesome work with Tarzan! So proud of how far this 6 YEAR OLD has come in such a short amount of time. He's a natural!
