1-2 year old Cedric and Weasley are our two lap cats. Cedric has always been very affectionate and a total lap cat, but since Ralphie left, Weasley has really come out of his shell! He's more affectionate and outgoing. We originally thought the two were bonded, but, again since Ralphie left, I don't believe that Weasley needs Cedric as much as he thought he did. While it would be great for them to get adopted together, I don't think it's a necessity. To adopt either, please fill out the application below

New intake this week ! Although we take a lot of kittens, we always take the older cats ! This 18 year old boy will be with us this week ! He is currently at the shelter and is very friendly! Thank you Susan for fostering this sweet senior boy ! He will require meds for a thyroid issue and most likely will be a hospice case . We already love him !

This cutie pie, Gene, was fostered as a kitten and was found wandering around on July 4th. He's a super sweet male kitten, approximately 4 years old, up to date on shots, and neutered. Gene gets along with cats and dogs, loves attention, and is very social. He's all set and ready for his forever home, bringing hope and joy to his future family. He is located in Orlando.

Cindy Crawford aka CC’s story: We are in full swing of kitten season but we couldn’t stop ourselves from getting this kitten. She was given away free. We have noticed from a photo that there was something strange the way she was sitting. And we were right. As soon as we got her , we knew we had to take it to a vet immediately! Little CC has a damaged spine, But great news is , even if she is a little handicapped , our vet told us she can live a perfectly healthy life.
CC is full of fire and happiness. Nothing stops her , she constantly wants to be by your side , purrs and plays.
Anyone would like to add a supermodel to the family , she will rock the catwalk!

Sully the 'Airport Cat'

We got a call about a super friendly cat who was found by one of our volunteers by a bush at the Airport fence. He was just sitting there meowing, and begging to be rescued.

His sad eyes said it all. Please don’t leave me behind. And who would resist this pilot kitty? He is named after Sully, the courageous pilot who saved his passengers by landing on the Hudson.

He just loves to be pet, and shows his affection with deep purring and rubbing when he gets to know you. He is very handsome.

He will need time because he has been through a lot. But you’ll be rewarded by the loudest purr and love from this appreciative fella.

We took him to vet immediately for a complete workup and check out. He has been Fixed, vaccinated, microchipped, flea/worm treatments, and tested negative for FIV/FELV.

My parents left me at shelter!
This gorgeous flame point Siamese girl had a home for 8 years until….
Her family decided to adopt a kitten.We always tell adopters with senior cats that adopting a new kitten with cats who are only cat in household might not go well.
Cassidy didn’t like it. Results? They dropped her off after 8 years having her, at a kill shelter. Just like that , no longer needed and they kept that kitten.
She needs a home with humans who won’t give up on her. But she needs to be the only cat in the household. She is very affectionate and seeks human attention .
I’m sure there is someone out there who will give her the perfect home and won’t give up on her.

We are on our way to Savannah Georgia, to bring our kittens that survived a fire to their forever homes in Georgia!

Owen needs a foster

Bloodwork shows a mild infection and anemia, we suspected that, considering he was found with ticks! we are treating him, but all indications are that he has cerebellar hypoplasia He arrived , shaking badly, upper respiratory infection, he is blind, but super sweet . we are getting him to the vet tomorrow to check him out. This is Owen, only six months old and we need a foster to figure out what’s going on. Somebody that is willing to take him to our vet for check ups, when he came to the shelter, he was covered with ticks, so that could be an explanation, but we are not sure yet. We definitely have to do bloodwork to see what’s off. If you’re willing to foster Owen, please message me.

Poor girl

Thank you everyone we have a Foster for this girl This poor senior cat has cancer and somebody dropped her at the shelter! It is not operable, but she can still live a while with it and be comfy ! It is just not OK to die in the shelter like that! Is there someone out there that would like to foster her as hospice?
