Congratulations Nick and Toby Hayes on your trophy bucks both taken with muzzle loaders in Noble County. The mighty elk was also taken by Nick with a bow in Montana. This elk was brought into our shop for a remount. It was originally mounted at another taxidermy shop approximately 12-13 years ago. It is with much sadness that we tell our friends of our shop that Grandpa went to Heaven Monday morning. Please understand, our shop is going to be closed on Friday for us to return him to his beloved home state of Michigan. Bill and I will be in the shop and available today and regular hours over the weekend. Grandpa would have wanted us to carry on and to be working in the shop. For us, it is the right thing to do. Services are to be in Michigan at his home church. Raymond's obituary is available to view online by searching Yeager Funeral Home in Ligonier, IN. Today, it will be in the Goshen News. It has been quite the journey for us all here at his Indiana home, but we are blessed to have been able to follow his wishes all the way. Grandpa, you will be missed here greatly at the 'cabin. We love you.

Our shop is still open, by appointment is best. It is with a heavy heart that I tell you all that Raymond, Grandpa to most of you is not doing well. He has been having lots of medical issues since late summer and has been diagnosed with stage 4 pancreatic cancer... We have been spending a lot of time with him at the hospital. Please keep him in your prayers as our family goes through this with him. We can still be reached by phone at 574-361-8295. We are still available for drop off by appointment. Orders are still going out, but work time in the shop has been shortened.
