Created with your Health in Mind
Maddibees: Artisan Honey & Garden was created with one main goal in mind. To become the largest bee sanctuary in the state of Florida. All of us here see and recognize the important corner stone the honey bee plays in all or our lives. We are striving to be a completely self sustained natural garden and apiary.
Maddibees was started all thanks to one special little girl. My daughter. My little Maddy bee was born with a blood condition called sickle cell anemia. This disease can cause extreme discomfort and pain. As anyone with children will tell you one of the hardest things to go through is watching your child in pain and knowing that there is nothing you can do for them. With her hospital stays and her medication expenses an alternate income was required. My wife and I tried working more than one job but that kept us away from our little love. We needed a way that we can spend time together, and work as a family.
