IMPORTANT PRACTICE UPDATE: Hospital Power Has Been Restored - Please Note Hospital Closure Wednesday, August 12

Mobile Veterinary Clinic resumed service when power was restored on Saturday, August 8. We are now available to serve you and your pets, and are still observing proper COVID-19 safety and service protocols. Thank you for your patience with us!

Additionally, however, we are saddened to share that due to a death in the family, the hospital will be closed on Wednesday, August 12 to allow Drs. Reid the time and space they need to be with family during this time.

If your pet is scheduled for an appointment on Wednesday, please know that you will be contacted as soon as possible to reschedule your visit. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but greatly appreciate your patience, understanding, and flexibility.

03/17/2020

In the wake of increasing COVID-19 concerns, Mobile Veterinary Clinic would like to inform our clients about the steps we are taking to ensure the safety of both our staff and clients. As of March 17, we are requesting that all clients call our front desk upon arrival and wait in their vehicles until an examination room is available. We are asking that only one family member enters the hospital with their pet to reduce person to person contact. If you are experiencing any symptoms such as fever, cough or shortness of breath please inform the reception staff so that we may have the doctor call you for a patient history rather than speak in person. A technician will bring your pet into the hospital and perform the necessary procedures and then return them to your car.

We will not be scheduling any elective or non-essential procedures; nail trims, ear cleanings or wellness visits at this time.

Prescription diets and medication refills can be ordered through our online pharmacy by following the link on our website. Please go to www.mobilevettrumbull.com and select the shop now button. We will be happy to walk you through the process if you have any questions.

Additionally, we will be sanitizing each room between appointments in accordance with the CDC guidelines.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause however we feel that following the recommendations provide by to AVMA to minimize exposure is mutually beneficial to both our dedicated team and our valued clients.

We hope you all stay safe and well.
