Due to the high number of clients booking appointments and failing to show up without canceling.... we have increased our "NO CALL- NO SHOW" fee to $25. If you cannot make your appointment for any reason, please call us and cancel at least 1 hour before hand. That gives us time to fill your spot. Remember, groomers make a living and take care of their families based on appointments.

Also, our late pick up fee has increased to $25 as well. Please respect our Closing time, as we all have children to pick up after school. 💕
