Update: it’s probably best to assume we will be closed today, with seeing all the accidents that are happening we don’t want to be part of that. Hoping I can get to the shop at some point today to do calls but won’t attempt that until roads are clear.

With how icy it is outside please call before you come in, we are going to try to come today but not until after the ice melts off and is safe to drive. So please if you have an earlier appointment call the shop before leaving your house, if we don’t answer, we aren’t there. We are really hoping this will start to melt off 🤞

With hearing about the high possibly of ice tomorrow we decided to close for Tuesday, January 16th. We just want to make sure everyone is safe and not risking themselves and others coming out. Hopefully everything will be good and we can go back to normal operations for Wednesday, thank you for everyone being so understanding!

Rozo will be opened with very limited staff tomorrow, Monday January 15th. For the people who are comfortable with coming in we will do our best to get you in depending on how many clients we have. Those who we can’t get in we will get you booked in the next few days once the roads are clear and people feel more comfortable coming out. Please call and check in before you come and let us know what you’d like to do and we will do our best to accommodate. We hope everyone has been staying warm and enjoying the snow!

We have made the call to be closed this Saturday and Sunday (January 13 & 14) with such cold weather coming in we all decided it wasnt worth the risk of how the roads would be and didn’t want to let clients know last minute. We will see what happens over the weekend and hopefully we will be able to be open again starting Monday but will keep everyone posted on here.

With the chance of icy weather coming for this weekend we wanted to give everyone a heads up that is on the schedule that if the roads are icy we will be closed. We encourage clients who are scheduled for this weekend to call in before you head out to make sure we are there if there is snow/ice. If we do have to close we will make sure to get everyone taken care of when the roads are clear. Hopefully all will be good and this won’t be a concern but we just want to make sure to give everyone a heads up 😊

It’s that time of year again! This will be our 9th annual giving tree to the West Columbia Gorge Humane Society! Any donated items for dogs and cats such as food, treats, toys, litter, blankets and more would be appreciated! We will take donations at least until December 31st 🎄 🐶 🐱 🎄

As some know, there is a dog virus going around right now that vets aren’t quite sure what it is. After talking with a few of our local vets we have decided that during reminder calls and at check in we will ask if your pet(s) have experienced any coughing, eye/nose discharge in the last 1-2 weeks. If they have experienced any of this we do ask that they stay home and you get them to the vet. We also ask that dogs are picked up in a timely matter and to limit the early drop offs. Our goal is to keep all the dogs safe and to not contribute to the spread of the virus. We already clean and disinfect daily but have been upping our routine on that as well. All the vets we talked to also encouraged all owners to make sure their pets are up to date on all vaccines and health checks. Please let us know of any questions or concerns.
