Jay discussed the idea with his friend Jeff, a parent of twins and local businessman who holds a Masters degree of Business Administration. Jeff introduced Jason who holds a Masters degree in Computer Science, specializing in program security. After hearing Jay's idea for a secure Web site where parents could keep and easily retrieve their child's medical information, My Child's Locket (MCL) was created. In 2009, MCL gave parents a secure website to keep information such as physical description blood type, allergies, medications and contact information at the click of a mouse. It didn't take long for the team to realize that it's not just our children we love and care for, but our parents, our grandparents, our spouses, friends and pets. A new product was developed to make information easily accessible for all of our loved ones, with easier interface, and more ways for YOU to use your information. Jay, Jeff and Jason conceived Vital Locket (VL) in March 2010. With the launch of VL, you can store the same information as was so successful in MCL, but now you can also upload pictures, print ID and allergy cards, allergy awareness letters, store multiple contacts and Doctor information for each individual you chose.
