Upholstery Department. Coach House manufactures 95% of the upholstery of that goes into the Coach. The only thing we do not manufacture is the front forward-facing seats. Those are certified seating for certified seating positions and it is a liability that we do not want to undertake.
We manufacture all of our own valences, and cushions, and all of our valences have MCD shades on them so we have day shade and night shade options.
Featured are the color palette options..5 colors are: Maple, Teak, Cypress, Cherry and Cafe. And we have 2 different floor coverings. The color palette goes from light to dark. Our customers appreciate that they can pick out what they want.

THE PAINT PROCESS: Very rarely are we able to see this. Still fresh so no touching it! We do a wonderful job on our products. This is a shadow paint job, a no-charge paint job as we have a lot of 2 tone colors we offer. A German clear coat is applied that is cut and buffed so it will shine like a mirror. Very, very well painted, very strong and it will last the life of the motorhome.

ANALOG ELECTRICAL PANEL -a big change this year was the implementation of these analog electrical panels. These analog electrical panels are out of the marine industry. they are all 15mm touch buttons that are backlit, so when you touch them, the light comes on for the device you are looking to activate. Really a nice feature in these motor homes.

ANTI SYPHON VALVE - Black water flush for your black water holding tank. When you plug the hose into the city water connection, you can use that same hose in your black water holding tank as the water comes up and out though the holding tank so you never contaminate your water hose. The Arriva has 2 TVs, you can watch from the front and the back, We have a pull-out pantry - great size and nothing will fall out. It has been a staple of ours for many. many years. In front, we have refrigerators in 2 different ways, a 6 cubic foot or 8 cubic foot. Options are LP 110 volt absorption or AC/DC compressor generators. Up above it we have a convection oven and microwave oven. Turnstile on the bottom and rotisserie on the top. Really nice oven.

The Arriva Model Storage and Analog Electrical Panel
In this Arriva model notice that it has plenty of storage. The cabinets are all finished off and have touch latches so when locked, nothing will come out. Notice the design with permanent door stays, the doors will stay up when you put them up and down as well as the ability to lock them. Great storage in the Arriva.
A big change is the analog electrical panel - out of the marine industry, all are 15mm touch buttons that are backlit when the button is pushed, and the light comes on for the device it is supposed to operate. Really a nice feature in these motorhomes.
