Mexican Street Corn 🌽 😋 this is a must try!!
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons sugar
1 pound frozen corn
1/4 cup mayonnaise
¼ cup sour cream
1/2 teaspoon sriracha or to taste
Kosher salt to taste
lime salt optional, to taste
1/2 cup cotija cheese or queso fresco, crumbled
1/4 cup cilantro to taste
chili powder to taste
1 lime cut into wedges
Directions:
Bring 1 cup of water to a boil and add sugar. When water is boiling, add corn and cover with lid. Simmer corn for 3-5 minutes or until corn is cooked though and tender.
While corn in simmering, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, sriracha, Kosher salt, and lime salt in a small bowl.
When corn is done cooking, drain well and return to pan. Allow to cool for about 3 minutes. Add sriracha-mayo mixture to the corn and until well combined.
Divide corn into 4 individual cups.
Top with queso fresco, cilantro, a dash of chili powder, and a lime wedge. Serve immediately.

Today the LaRue Co Sheriff's Office responded to the area of Mt. Sherman Road, for a suspicious vehicle in the area. While en route to the scene, Deputies were advised that the operator was randomly firing a handgun at vehicles and possibly houses. Chief Deputy Ferrie contacted the suspect near the post office in Mt. Sherman and attempted to stop the vehicle. He then accelerated rapidly in an attempt to avoid capture.

After a short distance and realizing escape was futile the suspect stopped and was identified as Aaron Valle of Hodgenville. He was initially uncooperative, but decided to go peacefully after a short conversation with Deputies Ferrie and Skaggs. Based on investigation it was determined the suspect fired at passing cars and near houses, items were recovered from multiple scenes including a semi automatic handgun.

Valle was charged with the following charges: Wanton Endangerment 1st degree, menacing, reckless driving, speeding, disorderly conduct and violation of a California emergency protection order. He was lodged in the Larue County Detention Center without further incident.

I was born June 16, 1979 about 11:30 am in Good Samaritan hospital, Cincinnati Ohio. Looking for..... Anybody. I was told my mother was 16, brown hair and eyes, allergic to roses. My father was 17, a twin, blonde hair green eyes. Assuming I was conceived in September 1978. And, probably look a lot like my mother. Catholic Social Services in Butler Co. handled the closed adoption. Anyone out there?
