Leave your pets and home in loving care with me and enjoy your time away worry free! I promise to treat your fur family like they are my very own and pamper them with love while you're away. My house sitting rates are for overnights only. That covers a 12 hour period. If you need 24 hours of care let me know and I will share those rates.
✅ I have no problem administering medications or caring for
special needs animals, if needed.
✅ I have a great system for following pet routines, helping to keep young ones on track with their training and all pets comfortable in the routines they are used to.
✅ Dogs get special attention with me! If they are able, I will usually take them outdoors for some fresh air and fun!
✅ A free bonus your pets will receive in my care is a massage!! I am a Massage Therapist and one of the courses I chose while in school was Dog, Cat and Horse Massage. It was important for me to understand pain relief for my animal friends as well as my human clients.
✅ I have cared for animals for my entire life. As a child, I helped breed and raise parrots, cockatiels & finches. My personal childhood pet pack included a duck, a dog and a cat who were best friends. Followed by multiple cats, a turtle, a snake, three rats, two hamsters, three rabbits and three aquariums throughout my life.
✅ My Step-Mother rehabilitated injured wildlife. It became part of my passion as well, helping a baby squirrel, baby opossum, many baby or injured birds and a raven all make it back to the wild before the age of eighteen. I started pet sitting not long after that at the age of 22.
✅ I have managed properties and estates throughout my years, as it was something I was instantly great at. Being very organized and clean, a genuinely independent person who can easily communicate with contractors, problem solve easily for my clients when they aren't available, and communicate with great efficiency and clarity with my clients when needed, I have found that my clients are very happy with my care of their property while they are on vacation or away for a season. 💖
I have flexibility in my schedule making it fairly easy to work with me when I am available. My priority is making sure you and your animal family are happy. I do not care for pets in my home. It will be important to know if your dog has any allergies or medical challenges, is taking any medications, has any injuries or is in healing stages after surgery, and what their energy level is. I can prepare to care for them best with all of this information.

It's important to keep your pets dishes clean. Biofilm can be a hidden & lurking reason your animal friends may be experiencing poor health, from extreme exhaustion to bad dentition!
Wash their dishes everyday, just like you do for yourself. You can keep a sponge especially for your pets dishes and be sure to keep it clean and change it regularly. Rinse the dishes well of soaps as our pets are even more sensitive to chemicals than we are. Using biodegradable, chemical free soaps are best! 💜

I highly recommend using one if you're training your pup or dog on leash.
Remember, your energy is the most important piece to your dog learning to be relaxed and a good dog on leash.

Services & Rates are:
✨️House Sit Overnight - $90.00
12 hour block of time from 7:30pm - 7:30am.
This price will be reduced to $75 per night if scheduled for more then 5 days.
Additional Hours may be added for a fee.
Water plants, collect mail, take care of surprise maintenance issues & manage contractors such as Home Maintenace, Pool Cleaner, Land Maintenaice, etc.
My goal is to care for your property needs and to be sure your home looks lived in, to deter outside threats.
I will perform light cleaning before I leave so it feels as if I have never been there. Will travel with my own food, bedding and cleaning supplies.
I expect a clean place to sleep, eat and bathe in return.

✨️Pet Nanny Overnights - $120.00 for a 14 hour block from 5:00 to 7:00. This can be altered by 1 hour either way.
$10. extra for each additional pet.
Cost will be reduced to $90 per night + $10 each additional pet if hired for more than 5 days.
Care includes 1 long dog walk, in your neighborhood, in the evening, + 1 quick potty break walk before bed. Pet feeding, watering, a pro pet-massage, and hanging out with your dog or cat, practicing commands, trick, or watching movies. We do whatever the usual is in your hom to make your pets feel comfortable.
One long dog walk, in your neighborhood, in the early morning, with feeding watering and a pro pet massage. Then one short, potty-break, walk right before I leave.
I will also collect mail and water plants if needed.

Includes long walk with command practice. Potty breaks. Fresh food and water, mental stimulation play with tricks and commands, and pro pet massage.

I pick up your pet and take them on a one-hour adventure to a local hike or beach to get some good exercise and possibly play fetch if there is a safe place to take them off leash. It could even be in your own neighborhood, or back yard, if they do not do well in cars or if you have a great area to take them to. This does not include anything in the home. I just pick them up and drop them off.
You can combine any of the above to tailor make your own pet care experience. Give me details and I will let you know the cost.

*I am a Licensed Massage Therapist and one of my courses was in Animal Massage. It was important for me to understand pain relief for animal as well as my human clients. *I have been practicing Reiki since the early age of nine, my animals and house plants being my first clients. To this day Reiki flows so purely when I work with animals. They are such authentic conduits for universal life energy. It is beautiful how receptive and clearly blissed out animals are after they receiving care. I am grateful that I am able to give them something extra special while I stay with them.
