FYI...we are booking into November. If you want your holiday appointment, we would highly suggest you book now.

Also, starting immediately, we will be strictly enforcing our late pick-up fee. $5 for every 15min picking up after we close. We close at 4:30pm during the week and 3pm on Saturday. The only exception would be if we are running behind grooming your pet or arrangements have been premade for a later pick up.

We will be closing early today thanks to the city of Warren and innovation mound project shutting our water off without any notice. 😡
We will be rescheduling anyone who had an appointment today and we weren't able to bathe before they shut the water off.
We apologize for the inconvenience. ☹️

Innovate Mound Work
July 5 – July 27
The intersection of 13 Mile Road and Mound Road is scheduled to close Wednesday, July 5, and will remain closed until Wednesday, July 27, to reconstruct the outside lanes and approach of the intersection. During this closure, EB and WB 13 Mile Road traffic will not be able to access Mound Road. Please follow the detour route:
• EB 13 Mile Road detour – EB 13 Mile Road to NB Ryan Road to EB Chicago Road
• WB 13 Mile Road detour – WB 13 Mile Road to utilize WB Chicago Road

2. Our walk-in nail trim price will be increasing as of July 17th.
3. We are instilling immediately, a no show, no call policy(meaning you didn't call and cancel your appointment and didn't show for scheduled appointment) After 2 consecutive no show, no calls we will no longer accept you as a client unless you prepay for your next appointment.

Please, please, please DO NOT walk under the scaffolding when you are coming in or leaving with your pet. We know it looks easy and is more convenient but, we had a client fall and his dog got away from him heading into the parking lot. Everyone was fine thankfully.
I will be calling the City of Warren on Monday to complain. (The scaffolding has been up since Jan. 27th)
Even though we're glad to see improvements trying to be made, we want everyone to be safe.

Please be aware that we are booking up quickly again. At this time we are booking about 8weeks in advance. It is highly recommended to make your next grooming appointment when you come and see us or do like some clients who have already booked through the end of the year.

Also, you will find that we will be closed some extra days this year around some of the holidays to give us a little needed break now and then.
We will be closed April 10th ( Mon. after Easter)
May 27th ( Sat before Memorial day)
Sept. 2nd (Sat. before Labor day).

We are open during this construction/remodeling at the Plaza. Unfortunately, we weren't given any advance notice. You will have to enter around the plastic from either the corner or the Bingo Hall.
