POLICIES
1) Orders must be paid for in advance; if using a credit or debit card, a 2.5% surcharge will be added when the card is not present.
2) Purchaser of fi****ms assumes responsibility for passing the ATF NICS background check; if the ATF denies the purchaser, funds are NOT refunded until DARK Systems is able to sell the firearm at MSRP. Once the firearm is sold, the original purchaser will be refunded in full.
3) Ammunition and firearm purchases are FINAL; however, we will gladly help you in working with the manufacturer if an warranty issue or repair arises. The web page (www.darksystemsllc.com) will be up and running soon with full descriptions of all professional services...baby steps though.
