Hello! I want to introduce myself to my supporters and recent followers.

My name is Courtney and I am the owner of Scavy’s Dog Treats. The idea for this business came to me in March 2022.

My inspiration to start a dog treat bakery is my dog, Lexie. She is a sneaky scavenger so we named her Scavy for short. We knew that we had to satisfy her appetite somehow. We decided to create dog treats for her and asked ourselves, why not create a business? Hence, the idea of Scavy’s Treats!

Accomplishments

I am about to complete my second year as a business owner, and I have seen a significant improvement in my communication skills and confidence.

Goals

Engage more on social media and attend new markets while being talkative with customers. Release two more grain free dog treats and gluten free one

I am 34 years old. I have zero interest in acting my age.

I am from Houston, Texas, US.

Some of my hobbies include exercising, playing video games, cooking, playing with my dog, and last but not least baking dog treats.

At a young age, I was diagnosed with a mild case of Cerebral Palsy. It controls the right side of my body. It makes it challenging for me to do certain things that a normal person can do but… I don’t let it stop me from doing what I love!

🌞🐾 Morning vibes with Scavy and me! 🐾🌞
We’re excited to share our weekday morning routine with all our new followers and supporters. It’s all about keeping things fresh! 🌿 First, I let Scavy outside and feed her, then it’s breakfast time for me followed by my caffeine juice (aka coffee ☕). At 9, I jump into a Zoom gym class for a 45-minute workout. Once I'm done, I whip up another cup of coffee and either dive into making Scavy’s Dog Treats around 10:30-11 or take Lexie for a refreshing walk before getting down to business.
