🌟 Meet Jadzia (formerly Dory)! This sweet momma cat came to our rescue with her adorable 5-week-old kittens. After her babies were weaned and she was spayed, Jadzia could finally enjoy some well-deserved pampering. Now she’s the baby of the house, and her new mom loves her to bits! Just look at that massive cat tree she gets to climb and lounge on! 🐱💖
What’s cuter than a playful kitten? How about three of them!? 🐱🐱🐱
Mickey, Tater and Poe are having a great time with their new toy. These cuties are ready and anxious to find their forever homes! They are the perfect mix of sweet, silly and affectionate.
Contact us if you would like more information or are interested in meeting them.
Heartland currently has kittens with Cerebellar Hypoplasia, often referred to as "wobbly cats”. CH kitties are incredibly endearing despite their unique challenges. This condition is typically caused when a pregnant cat contracts the feline panleukopenia virus, which then affects her developing kittens. The virus targets rapidly dividing cells, and during the critical periods of cerebellum development (in the last weeks of pregnancy and early postnatal weeks), this can lead to the cerebellum not developing properly. As a result, these kittens exhibit a wobbly gait and coordination issues. Despite their difficulties, they are known for their charming and affectionate nature, making it impossible not to fall in love with them. Zeebo, Oddily Oop and Tibby, the adorable Weebles, should adapt to their disability.
We can’t believe these cuties are still with us!
Tater, Poe and Mickey are 14 weeks old and just as sweet as can be. Playful, affectionate and friendly… they are the total package. 🥰
Tater (orange tabby) and Poe (brown classic tabby) would love to be adopted together as they are quite bonded. Mickey (tabby with white) is a bit more independent so he would be fine to be adopted separately. They are good with other cats and should not be only kitties in the home.
They would do best without small children as they aren’t used to their energy levels. They have been around a medium sized dog and are non reactive.
If you’re in the market for some adorable and lovable kittens, look no further than these three sweetie pies! 💗💗💗

If anyone has a problem with artificial birds in their house, Paulie is the cat for you! He will take care of the problem and be a great companion too!
Paulie has been waiting months for his forever family. His only flaw is that he doesn’t like to be held. But he loves affection and readily seeks it out, is never far from you, loves laying on the back of the couch or right next to you. And, if given the chance in a forever home, he may grow to love being held. He has already come a long way from being a long term outdoor stray.
He is young, very playful and adorable. He would do best in a home with older kids since he doesn’t like to be held. He would be fine with one or two other cats in the home &/or dogs.
He is at Whisker Station Cat Cafe in Kirkwood if you would like to visit him. ❤️
Mama Moki is proudly showing off her adorable babies. These little chunks will be four weeks old on Thursday. They are doing wonderfully and Moki is a fabulous mama!
From death row in a rural animal pound to living their best lives with their awesome foster mom. So glad this sweet family is safe and loved!
Marshall loves his wet food! Every time his foster mama cracks open a can, he signals “get inside my belly”! HAPPY TUESDAY ❤️🐱
HHS alum, Wicket, has learned to play fetch! From being a stray in Southern Missouri to overcoming ringworm & FIP - this fur baby is a survivor that brings his new family a ton of joy!
Mo had a rough couple years after her people moved away & left her to raise her kittens alone. Luckily some kind neighbors fed her & gained her trust♥️ She took amazing care of her babies (all 4 are in their furever homes) and now it is Mo's turn for her very own family to spoil & love her. She is now an inside only kitty and enjoys spending time lounging on her blue chair. She is currently taking applications, reach out for more information 🐱
